Intercape mainlines lack of service delivery and customer care

If I could give a zero rating I would have. It is 21:49 and music is blaring, I've been on this bus since 10 this am and will be on it until 1am tomorrow and there is just no sleep for the passengers. No use to complain as I did so earlier when I wanted to go to the toilet and it was overflowing with vomit, on the floor, next to the toilet, on the wall. When I told them I was told it's only no1 and I can still use it. When I explained that it was not no1 I was told to go sit down and call the office then. I am appalled at the service. The drivers are rude and ****** and no concern for their drivers. This is just a job for them. I have to use the service because the military pay for it but every single time I've been on the bus there has been something, if we don't stop ten times because the bus is overheating it is rude drivers and staff or air con not working on an chock N block full bus and people sitting in their bras because it's so hot.
