Intercape mainliner

It was my first time using Intercape bus service and what a horrid experience it was. Before the trip even began the bus was more than 2hours late. This bus traveled through every city dropping and picking up passengers like an inner circle bus making the trip even longer than expected. Why does this bus even has a toilet when it can't be used cos the urine was up to the brim of the toilet and smelled so bad ..was disgusting. They have charging terminals that don't even work so my phone was almost dead by the time I reached my destination at midnight with a little baby ..If you make so high claims about having such facilities ,make sure its in working order cos the bus tickets aren't cheap and we're paying for those extras or people may as well travel on a cheaper bus without those facilities!
