The loyalty program for intercape is a ****, I have been a loyalty program member for the past 3 to 2 years, everytime I need to redeem my previous travel tickets for a voucher I have to be firm and fight in order for them to deliver process the request. They state that within less than one working day you will receive a call from the call centre with the details for the travel voucher, when I call on Friday they suddenly said the protocol has changed it takes seven working days now😳. This is a tactic to deter customers from receiving free tickets for being loyal and based on their previous purchases of tickets as per their promise.
