INTERCAPE LOST MY LUGGAGE ???

Took a bus from Durban station on Friday the 21st at 23:00 and put my luggage in the trailer with the Pretoria luggage but when I got to Pretoria station to check out my luggage with my luggage sticker it wasn't there, was told by the bus driver that someone must have taken it at Park station and I asked how as when a person collects their luggage they produce their luggage sticker so how come my bag was given to someone else who didn't have a corresponding sticker as my bag and why did they check out Pretoria luggage since we were in jhb. Driver took my number and said he will go to jhb to check ay the lost luggage department and give me feedback which I had to whatsapp him and find out ( he didn't call me) and this was on Sunday then this morning Monday the 24th he sent me a message that no one who got off in jhb has admitted to taking my luggage and he will call me to discuss way forward and I have been waiting for his call and its now 15:00 since he sent me a message at 6:00am

I have also sent numerous emails, twitter messages and Facebook messages but no one from Intercape has tried to get a hold of me and try resolve the fact that I lost my luggage and the clothes that i have are the ones I wore when I took the bus

It's really frustrating as i am supposed to be enjoying my holidays with family instead I am depressed by the fact that no one gives a damn
