INTERCAPE LEFT MY YOUND SISTER STRANDED IN JOBURG!

I am shocked at what I have experienced with Intercape Buses!! I would strongly warn anybody who is even considering to use these buses to think twice!!<br> <br> I booked a trip from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg for my sister who is doing her first year at varsity, the bus was supposed to leave at 00h35 to reach Joburg at 08h00 so she can get onto a connecting bus which was to leave Joburg at 09h30 for Phalaborwa in Limpopo. There is only 1 bus that goes to Phalaborwa per day!<br> <br> Intercape decides to arrive at 02h15 in Pietermaritzburg without any apologies or notification!! My sister had been waiting there alone from midnight till that time and she could not go back to res because school has closed so she had to board the bus. I then call and ask Intercape to please make an arrangement with Translux for the 09h30 bus to wait for her as we have no relatives in Johannesburg and I am told that they unfortunately do not guarantee arrival times!!!! <br> <br> Intercape arrived in Joburg at 10h00 and my sister was left stranded in Joburg!!! I am utterly disgusted by the inhumane treatment! I will never again subject myself or family to this<br> <br> THANK YOU FOR THE TERRIBLE SERVICE!
