Intercape left me stranded in Stellenbosch

Booked a Sleepliner from Stellenbosch to Pretoria. At Stellenbosch a taxi type bus arrived at the time the sleepliner was supposed to arrive. I asked the driver if the Sleepliner was still coming and he said yes. After he left, no other bus arrived and we contacted InterCape. After having no luck don't he what's app line or the telephone line besides being told to send an email we found out that the unbranded vehicle (not branded intercape) was in fact a shuttle for them and that the ticket purchased included a 7 hour trip in that vehicle to the Sleepliner. The driver denied speaking to me even though my friend was standing with me and heard the conversation and Intercape denied responsibility in any way. No, I don't get into unmarked cars, no the ticket did not say 7 hours in a small shuttle to the actual luxury bus, no, an email system does not work when you are at the side of the road trying to fix the problem. Give it a miss people. It's not what it's advertised as.
