InterCape ****ed the Christmas spirit in my home.

I booked my luggage to be delivered by InterCape on the 21/12/2017 from Cape Town to King Williams Town and when I went there to collect on the 22/12/2017 I was told my parcels would depart the following day from Cape Town. Today is the 29/12/2017 and I am being sent from pillar to post. I paid R869 to get the parcels here and I thought InterCape is reliable and safe since it is expensive . The kid's Christmas clothes were in there and are all my clothes. I've been stuck in pyjamas ever since I got to EC. I laid a complaint with their complaints department but I am yet to hear from them,when I call I get transferred from one person to another with no solution. I'm going back to Cape Town with shame and stress in January as none of the Christmas presents made it home, my valuable belongings are no where to be found. It's extremely disappointing. Worst service ever!
