Intercape keeps 13yo girl from father.

A 13yo girl travels from Jburg to Grahamstown. Her father meets the bus in Gtn, Daughter does not want to go to her father and Intercape decides to take her to Port Elizabeth where there is nobody waiting for her. Intercape sends the girl to the Mount Road police station and refuses to assist further.
