Intercape is wagon not a coach and is overpriced

I am highly disappointed by intercape. To begin with the bus was meant to leave East London at 19:00 yesterday. We were given shuttles that transported us to King Williamstown. We waited and left at 20:30. On the way the bus started leaking water all over from the top. We suppose to reach Johannesburg at 8:45. It is now 05:46 we are departing from Alliwal North. The bus is over priced, the ticket is R1100. Intercape should compensate us for all the inconvenience caused by their incompetence. The service we received does not worth R1100. Intercape should at list charge R700 which is way too expensive also.
