Intercape is unsafe selfish and careless.

Hellish experience being left stranded in the middle of the night 2h30 till 3h30 because they did not tell me they are using a different bus namely a blue Bulls bus instead of the usual sleepliner intercape which I'm unaccustomed to. When I phoned I was simply told I forfeit my ticket. Never mind that I booked weeks in advance and made sure I was waiting at the usual spot to be collected. Never mind that i had made appointments and reservations that cost thousands . My ticket clearly stated sleepliner intercape not blue bulls . There was no visible signage on the bus and no staff visible as they told me on the phone . I've noticed that many people have had bad experience with this company and I've seen how rude the staff are towards travelers its sickening they treat us like dogs and I will expose this everywhere and I'm taking up with legal representation as I feel very very angry at the careless and selfish attitude. I had to walk alone through a dark town to get back home to try and find another means of transport. My life was in danger and I was extremely disappointed and stressed . Imagine leaving a poor old person or a vulnerable lady . All they had to do was send a message to travelers to look out for a blue Bulls bus.
