Intercape is unrealistic

Hello... I travelled in an intercape bus from phalaborwa to pretoria... the bus got stuck at modjadjiskloof reg ICG 868 GP... around 9 to 10... we didn't have any modes of transportation from Pretoria bosman station to our destinations which is not in town... intercape only cared about bodies travelling to other destinations other than pretoria they didn't care how we were to get home... I personally feel them, refunding me would be ok for me since I paid almost same price for the bus ticket... just from Pretoria cbd to wonderboom
