Intercape is turning into Taxes

The bus was 45min late and when we arrived at the destination area the driver decided that he was going to skip my drop off point making me late again and first go to a different drop off point to drop off other people first. No solid structure - not professional at all. You get what you want when there is a personal interest with the driver. Sounds like how the taxes behave. Never going to use their service again and anyone looking for a professional transport service, Intercape is not the option for you.
