Intercape is the worst

Intercape honestly doesn't even deserve that 1 start. Their services are pathetic. Just in this year every single time I travelled with Intercape the bus was always late and there would never be communication to passengers regarding the delay and if you ask then the staff would be very rude and not answer the questions. Over the years that I have used Intercape, (that is well over 15 years) their services have drastically dropped in the last few years and nothing is clearly being done about it because there has been complaints about the same things, which are; buses being late for departures, buses having mechanical issues along the long way too often, lack of communication, lack of customer service and lack of improve on all reports issues over the years. Instead the service is just getting worse every year. I have lost the number of times Intercape is late for departures, and been stuck along the way causing a 3-4h delay. This has happened on all routes I have taken. I would not recommend Intercape to anyone. This is where my loyalty of over a decade ends. I will never use it again. Clearly nothing is improving in all these years and I can't keep complaining about the same things. Our lives and safety as passengers are always at risk. I'm very disappointed Intercape.
