Intercape is the PITS

On the 07/12/2025 I had booked a bus from Vryburg to Bloemfontein, it was meant to leave at 16:55. The first SMS came at 11:53 stating delay for 1 hour, the second SMS came in at 12:38 still stating delay of 1 hour 30 min now, the third SMS came in 15:23 stating a whole 3-hour delay. mind you the trip is +- 5 hours. I had an interview the next day needed to arrive and rest. when I request for a refund, they tell me about terms and conditions. I had to hike my way to Bloemfontein. I will not recommend intercape to ANY of my family and friends. They have the WORST service ever.
