Intercape is terrible!

7 hour delay for a 1.5 hour trip. Got 3 sms's to tell me it will be delayed. First it said 3 hours, then 3.5 hours and then I got a message at half past 2 in the morning to tell me it's now going to be 6.5 hours late!! The last message came through at half past 2 in the morning while I was sleeping. How on earth was I supposed to prepare for that? I had a whole day planned with my family in Cape Town on one of the few days leave I have every year. I phoned, no discount or even half a refund will be given. Thanks Intercape, you ruined Heritage Day.
