Intercape is PATHETIC

Worst service I have ever received from any service supplier. Do not make use of this service. Rather use the other bus services available. Booked a ticked. Got to the bus stop 15mins early. Waited and waited, I then went to the front desk to be informed the bus is running 5hours late. I gave up my phone number when I bought the ticket. Why was I not informed? They could not tell me when I should be at the bus stop after that, only that the bus is 5hours late. I then tried to call the head office, waited in the queue for 11mins just to get a voicemale to tell me they are having problems with the phone lines. Again, do not make use of this pathetic service!
