Intercape is not the safest nor the dependable bus to travel with

I have booked to travel from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town on 16 July 2023 the bus was supposed to depart at 19h30 and was going to arrive to Cape Town at 7h15. When we got to Intercape offices in Perridgevale. We were informed that the bus was going to delay for 2 hours. The office was closed at 19h00 and we were told to vacate as they were closing. We waited for hours outside in the cold and our bus didn’t come. Several buses came and they were heading to Cape Town but we were told to wait for our bus the number was 802 and the route 0664 IM. This bus have endangered 10 people and also no one cared to inform us the whereabouts of the bus rather than the sms. I am never travelling with this bus again. It came at 23h45 after long hours of waiting. This is really not on
