Intercape is Misleading their clients with selling us lower travel times at higher fees and then cancelling at the last minute and placing us on the ones with more travel time and cheaper.

Interacape is ****ming their clients. They advertise two different slots for bus bookings. They charge for different prices then once you have booked they cancel the expensive bus and put you on the cheaper bus. I called their client services and they send me to different platforms to get assisted and everyone keeps ditching me. This is time sensitive because I have to be in the office 20/11/2025. I need my money to book a different bus so I can travel and they want me to send an email that they will attend to in 3 days after my departure that is just bull****. They should be reported for such practices. The agent Thandiwe or Thandekile is rude and will not even mute when she is addressing her colleagues. She does not ask to place me on hold, she does as she pleases. Please help me get my money so I can book a different bus. She hung up on me.
