Intercape is just bad

I booked a bus from Port Shepstone to George and I waited at the bus station and there was no bus . While I was still waiting their bus going in the opposite direction the drivers said they saw the bus on the way and has left already and just laughed me off and left. No phone call , nothing . Worst service ever and was not the first time . I do not wish any one to go through that same experience. These guys are just bad and they refused to refund me
