Intercape is deteriorating

I booked my sister and my daughter Intercape Bus from Johannesburg to Queenstown for 22/09/2023 (Bus 707) . Firstly the bus arrived late at Park Station. Secondly, It had a first breakdown at Vanderbijlpark, Drivers were saying the bus doesn't have power. when I called Intercape call center I was told it was because it was not set properly the drivers just needed to reset something. Thirdly, The second breakdown happened in Bloemfontein around 3:00 AM, when I called, the office again to try and find out what was happening, the call center agent was very rude and denied that the bus had a breakdown and that it's showing that it's moving while I was on another call with my sister who was on the bus saying the drivers are busy trying to fix the bus. The bus arrived in Queenstown 3 hours late. Intercape is expensive for nothing, the price doesn't match the service lately.
