INTERCAPE IS DE*****ING PEOPLE

Intercape charged my account for my child trip, they requested a copy of card used, the card was sent and they confirmed and then when he got to the bus terminals, we were told the card was not received and for him to travel, we will have to pay another R360.00, we paid, and now they won't refund our money. I called the call centre and the lady tells me the money was paid to my account, yet I still have not received my payment.
