Intercape is dangerous to use

The bus service l used to trust is failing totally, they are following the example of Roadlink and I will not trust them with the lives of anyone again. Left my wife and one year old child stranded on the freeway in the middle of the night for 3 hours and then again during the day until I had to go and get them next to a busy road. They were left with no protection and even water or food.
