Intercape is a rip-off

My wife and 2 kids(3 and 8) was travelling on 24/12/14 to Johannesburg from bellville.I paid R1941 for their fare.They embarked the bus all excited only to find out that my 3yr old had to sit on my wifes lap even though I paid his full fare of almost R600.No seat was allocated to him and my wife had to endure a 19 hour journey with a child on her lap.Seem to me that the seat I paid for was sold to another passenger and intercape just kept mum and pocket the money.Anyone who plan to travel with children , don't even consider intercape.Their customer service sucks and only cares about your money.Your convenience is last on their list.Stay away from intercape.
