INTERCAPE increases price to book a Bus seat

I tried to book a bus ticket with Intercape and now they have changed their systems so that if you want to book a seat you need to pay R60 more,just to be sure of a certain seat.I am a pensioner and I like to book a seat so as not to land up in a cramped area like next to the window or the seats right at the back of the bus which has a cabinet on the aisle side so you really cramped there.They claim to be a Christian bus service but I don't believe that as they are *********** the pensioners who want the up to 20 hours to be as comfortable as possible.I have landed up in the last seat at the back with a large person next to me.That was the most uncomfortable trip I've ever had.I don't believe they check their buses before they leave.I have on two occasions ,at the top deck front seat not had seat belts.This is very dangerous as you have a window right in front of you.Another time I took about an hour to dislodge my belt from the seat mech.Surely a vehicle that has a seat belt missing or not working correctly is not roadworthy..Checking today the opposition Greyhound was R30 cheaper on their Dreamliner for a booked seat,sevice ......Free coffee twice on trip <br> outclasses INTERCAPE.
