Intercape - incapable

Please don't use @Intercape. We had the worst service in Kimberley. They didn't have enough space for everyone's luggage and wanted us to wait for 2 hours for a trailer. The passenger then opted to keep our luggage on our laps, because some people has appointments etc. It rained the whole way and the roof of the bus leaked so much that we all and our luggage were wet for the whole 8 hour trip. When we called customer service they said there was high call volumes (at 11 at night) and after 20 minutes there was still no answer.
