Intercape I want my money back!

I booked tickets online and paid using 1 For You vouchers value of R1700. Called in and 2 consultants confirmed they received my vouchers on recorded line. Recieved an sms the next day reminding me about payment. Called their call centre again and they advised they never received any vouchers. All vouchers are invalid.
