Intercape Horrible Service

We booked bus tickets with Intercape for this morning leaving from Kimberly to Johannesburg at 7am. We arrived at the pick up destination at 6:40am waiting in a que to book in our luggage. We waited for a long time until around 7:30am and asked where the bus is it should have been here already. The lady at the ticket office said the bus was at the site for pick up at 6am. We told the lady how is it possible for the bus to leave earlier than the time provided. She then told us to get onto the next bus that was waiting and told us that she would sort it out. We arrived at the next stop and the bus driver told us we have to book new tickets for his bus. The lady did not inform us of this as she said she would sort it out. We had to let the bus leave us at the second stop because the other passengers started complaining. I am very unhappy about the service received for us to be left at a stop stranded after being given false information
