Intercape HIT and Run

Good day

My wife was involved in hit and run from Intercape trailer in October, yo date we have not received any report or feedback. A call was logged with a reference number C211946 but the Bus company never took responsibility with this incident.

This was the email that was sent to them.

This morning on the 11 October 2025 between 11:36 and 11:47 while driving on the N12 west towards the voortreker road I was hit by a bus from intercape bus it was changing lanes to the lane I was driving at from the right hand side it collided with the front right hand side of my car damaging my car’s mirror and the front bumper. It then drove off without stopping.

I didn’t get to see the number plate as I was in shock , can you please check for me which bus it was as I believe all your buses have camera monitoring.
