What a absolute nightmare trip on your bus

1. Bus arrive late at cape town depot 2. Left depot with a budget liner to wynberg 3. Communication between your staff and passengers poor, no management 4. At wynberg we waited almost 2 hours for the correct bus sleepliner to arrive 5. Again no communication from your staff, driver just said wait for your bus. 6. Sleepliner dirty, see photos attached 7. Tvs on bus not working, also could not turn off which let to us the passengers no sleep due to the bright blue lights. 8. No walkway lights or lights, on all passengers seats also no lights above not working. 9. Worse of all NO AIRCON, EXTREMELY HOT and again your drivers no answer, no one could sleep. 10. Rude and arrogant drivers, no customer or customer satifaction skills, are they even trained? Very very very rude driver when we want to speak to him regarding the aircon situation.

With the prices we pay we would have hoped that the above would have been handes better, but was faced with your aggressive drivers and left with no solutions.

This experience left a very bad taste in our mouths. I dont think us or our family will make use of your busses going forward.
