Intercape health and hygiene

The company is just jot respecting their clients. How do you expect people to travel for 16+ hours in a bus that stinks of urine??? The toilets don't even work, they have urine over flowing. Imagine having to eat in a bus that reeks of urine. Disgusting. I have experienced this on 3 consecutive occasions and it very unpleasant to say the least. I thought Intercape is customer friendly but my experience is saying otherwise.

Come on people yol can sure do better. Treat your customers like humans not what you are doing coz it feels like we are animals being done a favor to be transported town to town.
