Intercape has zero regard for it's customers

I am on the 606 bus to mthatha. The bus delayed by 40 min. When the bus finally arrived we left for mthatha.

During our first break at Kroonval 2 passengers approach us. These passagers were left behind by a bus going to Cape town. The 606 bus was instructed to go back to fetch these passengers..

To explain what this means to me personally.

I will probably miss my cousins funeral By the time I arrive in mthatha there will no one to pick me up from the station. This means I will struggle with transport By the way Im with a 2 year old toddler.

Guys this act means you don't respect our time nor have any consideration for your customers. You don't live any of your values.

This trip has been an utter waste of time for me and require a refund for this inconvenience.
