Intercape has no customer satisfaction skills

We asked the offices if we could leave the bags by them to go grab something to eat. As it's hard to travel around with a 2year old and have big travel bags. The office strickly said No! Saying the don't have space when there is more than enough space in the office Square.

Intercape does not cater for customer satisfaction or assistance at all. Seems like intercape forgot how to serve their clients in a kind and helpful way by the looks of the review rating here. INTERCAPE JUST TRY TO DO ABIT BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. IT'S PATHETIC REALLY.
