Intercape has gone From Bad to Worse

My Husband and I booked tickets connecting from aliwal north to Durban We got to Aliwal north on time 2 bus drivers told us they were full and had no space for us and we couldn't connect to Durban Spoke to their call centre for more that an hour Mind you we were sitting in the cold out at the Shell garage and they told us they can't book a place for us,they had no way of Helping us and their hands were tied

We had to find our own way to sleep which was not budgeted for . I found their treatment and their manager on duty's appalling unsympathetic and they put us in danger.
