Intercape has Done injustice to their loyal Passengers

Dissapointed and Frustrated with the Service from intercape. I booked a bus ticket for my Mother from Durban station to Park town Jhb on 4 Jan 2020 at 0900. I paid R466.00 ( Senior Citizen) no mention that the bus to be used will be a Budgetliner without a toilet facility. This is so unfair to passengers as an option should be offered as a consideration to urine incontinence or any other medical issues that might require toilet use. When i asked the service personnel at the intercape Durban station about this, they could not explain why passengers were not informed or given options only. This is dissapointing
