Intercape has become the worst mode of transportation to use

Intercape no longer cares about safety nor health of it's customers I have been using this bus my whole life back from when I was a student traveling from upington to Pretoria and guess what instead of keeping up with looking after it's customers health and safety especially on the hygiene side Yoh they really have dropped so bad for the price we pay to travel using the bus it has become a ****ty transport to use first of all the toilet in the bus smell so bad as if they no longer use those cleaning chemicals,the taps for washing your hands after using the toilet they are no longer working ....oh Lord the drivers has become so rude everytime I travel from Durban to upington and mode of communication is the worst during the trip....if it's your first time Yoh ...you will definitely feel like an idiot because you don't know if our we stopping for a toilet break ,smoke break or to buy something they no longer announces,nothing....I so wish some company could take over and just show intercape how it's done because they have definitely lost their touch and it's high time the department of transportation and healthy and safety do something or inspect because I feel they are no longer doing that
