Intercape foes not care for their customers

I am. very disappointed and inconvenienced with intercape bus from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria.It was suppose to arrive at King Williams Town at 20h00 it is now 22:45 without a bus without any communication. Their offices are closed we have been waiting outside for 3hrs.I going to miss my exams . The is a old gogo that has been waiting for this bus from 16:00 with the hope that the bus will arrive at 20:00. Intercape has really degraded their services since the collapse of Greyhound.
