Intercape Ferreira mainliner

I am extremely disappointed in Intercape Ferreira bus company. On the 28 February 2024 approximately at 18:40 a driver had driven in a residential area down Cheddar road and had knocked and dragged our family car into a stabilising pole outside our house. This was escalated right after the incident. The car wasnt parked in the road it was parked in its allocated parking outside our house. We have now been without a vehicle since the incident as per the sergeant that had made the case the car is now a write off. Which means obviously we cannot go anywhere such a huge inconvenience. The company does not follow up with us I have to contact them on a daily. They keep giving me the same email address where no one responds to the mail. Everytime on a call there's no feedback. I urge this company to reach out and actually sort this matter out. As this is negligence on part of the company and the driver.
