Intercape false advertising

The 1 star rating should be zero but i had to give one to write a complaint. Please please please check out this site bedore you book a ticket on Intercape. Paid R2000 for an adult and 5 year old one way to find out they only board the sleepliner in another town and the bus broke down twice. No aircon or proper ventilation. Toilet stinks of old pee and pooh on boarding and bus filthy inside. Intercape should refund at least one ticket to make up for this experience as this is NOT whats posted on their website and they de***** people with false advertising
