Intercape failed us...

On the morning 12 May 2023 I was going to King William's Town from Capetown using Intercape bus company,in the early hours of 01:57 on the 13 May 2023 the bus got involved in an accident that claimed 8 lives including my driver who fell asleep driving and went straight to the oncoming vehicles ,people were injured by back is so painful and having headaches everyday,I lost spectacles and my second phone and am suppose to be attending physio but I have'nt made an appointment yet,Intercape promised us our things for two weeks we have been waiting for their insurance to respond until nextweek they told us they cant refund us and its not in their policy to return personal belonging... Am hurt my body is painful until now went for ex-rays no broken bones which am grateful,but am still seeing doctors am paying cash, I need my spectacles which I don't have money to do them at the moment and Intercape is saying they are not involve in anything happening with us...
