Intercape

Its becoming a huge problem with Intercape. My 17 year old sister was traveling to PTA from Mossel bay. The bus had a problem (215) and they had to be moved to another bus apparently till Sasol Garage in George. They waited there for about two hours outside in a very cold weather, till a bus from PE arrived. When they started moving, the wiper had a fault and they continued to be delayed. Eventually they left however the bus kept on stopping every after 20 minutes and that happened continuously. I truly believe that Intercape does not respect their passengers because how can they not make sure their busses are more than ready to take a long journey without these faults in 1 day. What is this?? What kind of service is this?? Someone needs to explain
