Intercape Durban Station Harbours ******* that ***** from Customers.

Till today I am still in awe and disappointment with dishonesty and lack of professionalism portrayed by Intercape Durban Station staff including their manager. My partner desperately needed to charge his phone which was dead before departing for Johannesburg and the ladies that were on duty behind the front desk took it and charged it for him. He then went to the bathroom, came back and waited for departure time, when it was time to board he went to collect his phone and that's when they denied ever charging a phone for him since they are not allowed to, mind you when he asked they never told him they were not allowed to charge for customers. The matter was reported to their branch superior who did nothing about it and to me it seems he was covering for his rotten staff. This is really distgusting and an act of theft.

I wouldn't advice anyone using this bus service to trust the staff with their belongings.
