Intercape driver's bad service

Driver's bad service, bus left Joburg at 8pm the 9th Nov 2025, scheduled to get to Pinetown at 5:45am on Monday 10th Nov, we got stuck for more than 2 hours before Harrismith after midnight, there was no communication from the driver as to what was the problem, after moving for some hours towards Mooi River the bus turned back to Estcourt, apparently he forgot to drop a passenger, still no communication, the bus got to Pinetown after 10am, that's 4 hours late, no respect for passengers
