Intercape driver

<p>The bus all in all is nice and comfortable but I was shocked at the driver who ****ed me out of my money. I booked a return ticket from Pretoria to Durban and I asked specifically whether I will be able to travel with my tv when I come back and they said yes in Pretoria when I got to Durban returning to Pretoria the bus driver said its not possible. I asked the check in girl first who led me to a driver and that driver went to the other driver who I think was the main driver because he made all the decisions and was very rude as well doing so. He then sais (speaking in Sepedi) that I must give him coldrink money because televisions sets are not allowed and I was desperate because I could not return it home because its far. I then gave him R50 he rudely said its not enough and I stated again that I do not understand because they said I could travel with my tv. But because I needed to leave Durban with it I gave him the money and when I got to the bus i read Intercapes website for terms and conditions and what do you know "electronics are allowed" Wow I was so shocked but did not say anything beacuse I was afraid they might break my tv or leave it in the middle of the road cause that driver was so rude. Anyway I would like my R100 please from the driver please find him and discipline him because now I am put off Intercape for good.
