Intercape doesn't want to refund me for cancelled ticket

Intercape does not want to refund my money for the cancelled ticket and they are playing hide to sick sending me different emails only to tell me today that no the ticket was never cancelled they rep**** requesting banking details and I have screenshots to prove it. Their service is horrible and I will never use that bus ever again.
