Intercape doesn't care bout clients

I have been using long distance bus for a long time, since I was child to my mid 40s. Intercape bus company has been around for longer, as a company they used to be one of the best cause of how they used to service their clients. Today's Intercape leaves alot to be desired. 2 weeks ago, I traveled from Malelane to Joburg, the bus was an hour late, and from that hour later, we traveled to Joburg without an refreshment stop. Today I'm on the bus again from Joburg to Malelane, we have been on the bus from 07:30 and the bus has not stopped anywhere for refreshment stop. So to buy food to eat. This is really terrible cause they don't seem to care bout the well-being of their clients. Nothing is as worse as traveling on a hungry stomach and also need to take medicine. The bus seems to only stop at Malelane which we will reach at bout 13:30, having been on the bus for more than 6 hours without a refreshment stop. How do they justify traveling 6 hours without stopping. The service from the company is terrible. This should be my last trip with this company. Companies like Eldo Coaches didn't last cause of how they treated their clients. Once the company stops caring bout the clients that's when we as client should stop supporting them. I'm hungry, neeing to take my medication and I regret spending my money on the company.
