Intercape doesn't care about their commuters, they are always late.

I really can't recall how many times I've experienced this from the same company, I've been using this bus service for a while now but their service is fast becoming so bad. Every time I have to wait for more than an hour for the bus to arrive against the stipulated departure time. There is no apology nothing. It's so sad that other busses are failing to give this company a run for their money, it seems there isn't much competition for them that is why they are trating us this way. I am soo annoyed.
