Intercape does not value our family's lives

I booked Intercape for my family from Klerksdorp to Cape Town on 06-12-2019, the bus was supposed to be in Klerksdorp at 21:40 but it only arrived around 23:00. This has put my family at risk as the very same station we wait for these buses are not safe. As if that was not enough, the aircondition could not clear the vapour making it difficult for the driver to see the road. He had to stop time and again to wipe the windscreen. Over 60 family members members are put at risk of losing their lives because of careless service providers like Intercape. This is a complete disgard of life and it cannot be allowed to continue. I have been calling the call centre the entire day to fjnd out where the bus is, the keep saying it's on the road. It's 16:04 now and it has not arrived in Cape Town station, it was supposed to arrive at 14:15.

The driver had no choice but drive slow and stop as often as possible to clear the windscreen to ensure safe arrival of our families. Thank you to the driver of that bus.
