Intercape does not issue refunds when you change a travel date. It's best to cancel your ticket and go purchase a new one online or at a shopright checkers

My advise to anyone who wants to change travel dates with intercape bus, please don't because if the new dates have a cheaper fare you will not be refunded. So my advise, do a complete refund ,get your money back and go to a shopright/ checkers and just look for a new ticket. Intercape does not refund, they simply keep your balance and tell you your new ticket costs the same as the previous one even though you can see on the system that the new ticket is cheaper. It now explains why people are targeting their busses and putting them at randsom it is because they are ******** and the public just retaliate by attacking the buses. They really need to look into stopping this horrible practice of greed. They took over R500 from me and gave me useless explanations for their actions. So unfortunate that a trusted company would conduct business in such a way.
