Intercape does care

On 31 January 2016 i met a man 'Bevin' that recently arrived via intercape bus in cape town from Katima Mulilo in Namibia's Caprivi strip region. When he arrived in cape town, he was ****** and beaten and left with nothing. I helped him get back home by purchasing bus tickets to Katima Mulilo. <br> <br> When he left with Intercape bus for Windhoek Tuesday 2/2/2016 he was very thankful. On Thursday morning i was called by Intercape Namibia to say that the bus will no longer be riding to Katima and Intercape have refunded Bevin but that he was short R100 for the alternative bus to Katima. After many back and forth conversations on how to get the R100 to Bevin, we couldn't find a way. Recardo informed me to call Daneel at contact centre in cape town.<br> <br> After speaking to Daneel for 5 minutes telling her of Bevin's ordeal, she said Mr Van Der Heyde give me 5 minutes and i will call you back. She did and informed me that Intercape has given Bevin an extra R100 so he could get a ticket home.<br> <br> Bevin arrived safely home on Friday and thanked everybody for helping him get home safely.<br> <br> Thank you Daneel & Intercape for helping show that a company can care.<br> <br> Luther
