Intercape dishonesty

I purchased intercape ticked from joburg to durban on the 8th of Jan 2020 for my wife and son ant around 1 pm in park station then 2 hours later they encountered a problem they went for refund and were told to come tommorow at 10 when they went there the next day they were told they were supposed to come yesterday. Iddnt know intercape was run by ****** .they deliberately sent them away knowing the when they come they nxt day tgey will be told they are late. Intercape must do the right thung and stop being ******
